In this position, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager. This will be a fun position working with great, focussed people. The main purpose of this role is to support various marketing and operations efforts in Casa Linda:
- Local and International Realtor Communication: Casa Linda Communities works with many real estate agents, both in the country, and abroad. This position is responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and available as a resource to those agents. In addition, you’ll work with the Community Sales Manager to develop ideas and campaigns to incentivize realtors to promote and sell in Casa Linda.
- Administration: our marketing department deals with many local suppliers for printing, signage, promotional products and more. Your job will be to manage these orders to ensure brand continuity, quality, timely deliveries, etc. You will be the coordinator between departments and suppliers.
- Writing: We create many blogs, videos and other marketing materials. You will be asked periodically to provide content writing.
- Website: We have three websites that require periodic updates. You will ensure price lists, plans, and other website information is current.
- Onsite: Ensure marketing materials, proper videos and onsite amenities look excellent and are on hand at all times in our Welcome Center, Water Park, Front Loop Restaurant and more.
- Owner’s Portal: Work with the technical department, Owner’s Liaison and Marketing to keep this owner resource up to date.
- Newsletters: Creation of newsletters in HubSpot for Casa Linda Owners and for outside real estate agents.
- Events: Assist the Amenities Marketer with onsite and outside events.
- Creative: Create various graphical pieces for promotion, social media, events and video.

- Have an ability to learn quickly and are a self-starter. You are idea driven.
- Love a challenge and taking on new projects. You have innovative ideas, are very organized, systematic, and can work around moving targets.
- Are great at working with people and understand that teams work best when everyone feels valued.
- Are emotionally intelligent and act with discernment
- Are customer driven and understand that we are only as good as our happy clients
- Have excellent English skills, both written and verbal. A good working knowledge of Spanish is needed to communicate with vendors.
- Know the Sosúa and Cabarete areas well and have lived in the DR long enough to know how things work.
- Can use Google Mail and other Google office software. A minimum knowledge of graphic design programs like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
